Return Policy
Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with your jewelry selection! We will always work very hard to provide and deliver only those jewelry pieces that you will treasure for many years to come. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item for refund or servicing, we want the return process to be as quick, easy and secure as possible.
We offer everyone a 30-day return policy on non-customized jewelry. Within 30 days from time of delivery, you may return any non-customized item purchased from us for a prompt refund or credit. Refunds are not processed until after we receive the piece you are returning in its original condition together with all original documents, if any.
Our return policy for non-customized items for the 48 contiguous states will cover the full amount paid, including shipping. For all other areas, including Alaska, Hawaii and all international orders the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount paid.
2B Jewelry pieces that have been customized by us to your specification with personal initials, logos, markings, special sizing, etc. may be eligible for partial refunds. However, for a full understanding of the amount to be refunded, please contact us BEFORE you return a customized jewelry piece at returns@2bjewelry.com or call 713-410-3035.
Please follow these steps to return a package:
- Please call 713-410-3035 or email us to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The “RMA” number must appear on the package to be accepted by us.
- Please use a delivery service that will provide tracking and signature proof of delivery, such as US Postal Service, Federal Express, United Parcel Service, etc. Please call us if you need assistance with the shipping.
- Please insure the package for its full value**.

* We will not accept any item for return that has been abused, damaged, modified, altered, worked on by another jeweler, etc. from its original condition. Certified diamonds returned without their original laboratory report will be subject to a replacement fee of $200 that will be offset to reduce the refund amount. All items undergo careful inspection before shipment and upon return.
** Please be aware that Federal Express and other carriers may limit the amount of insurance coverage. US Postal Registered Mail can be insured for up to $25,000.00 USD. The box must be completely sealed with paper tape so that it can be properly stamped.
***The refund amount for jewelry pieces that were customized per your specification with personal initials, logos, markings, special sizing, configuration, alteration, etc. that we deem to limit its merchantability will be adjusted by the cost necessary to return the item to a merchantable piece, if possible. If a customized item cannot be returned to a merchantable state, then we will not accept the return of that item and we will not refund any amount to you for those specific customized jewelry pieces.
